Jaime Hughes (Jaime Zografos) is a visionary entrepreneur, wellness leader, and three-time international best-selling author devoted to helping others elevate the quality of their lives through intentional, transformative care.With over two decades of experience building a highly respected real estate appraisal firm in the St. Louis area, Jaime’s work has always centered around people. But it was her personal journey—navigating a breast cancer diagnosis and the lasting effects of treatment—that reshaped her purpose. Faced with challenges to her strength, energy, and overall health, Jaime chose to pursue a deeper path: one focused on restoration, resilience, and long-term vitality. That decision led her to the wellness space, where she began creating environments designed to help others rebuild from within. As the owner of OsteoStrong Sunset Hills and now expanding into advanced cellular wellness therapies, Jaime has dedicated her work to guiding clients toward stronger bodies, renewed energy, and a higher standard of living.
